- The connection to the VPN server is unstable. Please contact your Internet service provider.
PPTP
- Unable to connect to wePN on iOS devices
- Authentication used by Server 1 may not be supported by iOS. Please use Server 2 or 3rd party clients.
- Error 619 when connecting to wePN
- GRE/PPTP VPN passthrough is blocked. Please turn off any firewalls if possible.
- Error 691 when connecting to wePN
- wePN accounts are temporary and expire in 5 minutes. Please request a new account.
- Error 800 when connecting to wePN
- GRE/PPTP VPN passthrough is blocked. Please turn off any firewalls if possible.
- Hostname of the server cannot be resolved. Please try connecting to 58.177.252.105(Server 1) or 58.177.252.109(Server 2).
- The server is currently full. Please try again later.
OpenVPN
- No internet access affter connected to wePN
- Unable to route via IPAPI. Please run OpenVPN as administrator.
- Official OpenVPN client version outdated. Please install version 2.2 or later.
- TLS handshake failed or looping PUSH_REQUEST when connecting to wePN OpenVPN
- Local OpenVPN port is blocked. Please use lport directive in .ovpn config file to bind to a custom port
- Official OpenVPN client version outdated. Please install version 2.2 or later.
- Disconnected from wePN every hour
- TLS soft reset triggers session renegotiation. Please download and replace the new OpenVPN config files or update the wePN SSL client.

You need to log in within 5minutes. Once you are logged in, you can use for unlimited time as long as you don’t disconnect.

Could you specify your OS and openvpn client version? Are you behind any routers or firewalls? Please try this account to see if it works: username/pa*sword=test.

Can you specify what OS you are using? Please disable CHAP and enable MS-CHAP v2 authentication in your VPN connection properties dialog to see if the problem is fixed.

Hello~ I’m so impressed with this wePN, but somehow problems occur after patch. Some applications (even MSN messenger) are not allowed through wePN. It’s very inconvenient to users becuz many of us are using wePN for the purpose of application protocol blocking by the office or schools, so I sincerely hope that they can be viable soon with the use of wePN, just like before. Thanks a lot

Make sure to forward all traffic through your VPN. And get better internet. ^^
